Let me start this e-mail by saying that I have never written a review or feedback on the internet or even by e-mail.
But on this occasion I am more than happy to do this as I have received excellent service from your store.
My order was placed on Tuesday evening and my items were delivered by Thursday morning which was an excellent response.
Upon inspecting the delivery on Friday afternoon; I realised that one item was incorrectly delivered. I rang your shop on Friday around 4pm to address this issue.
I think it was a pleasant chap called Simon who addressed my query and promised a free replacement (inc. no delivery charge) who followed on by an apology.
Saturday morning the replacement item was delivered and was in my hands. What excellent service.
In all my experiences when buying most places bend over backwards to make a sale, but rarely do they ever produce the same enthusiasm when things go wrong.
In this current climate of economic doom and gloom the level of customer care is still poor, which is unbelievable and shocking.
Due to this fantastic experience you have given me I will always consider your shop and recommend your shop to all friends and family.
