We are pleased to offer FREE DELIVERY to all UK destinations on all orders over £20. A £2.50 postage charge will apply for orders under £20 (this will be automatically added to your basket and automatically removed when the total is £20 or greater.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from time of payment, unless stated as a lead time item. Orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 by default. If you choose to pay extra for Tracked 24 the dispatch time will remain the same, but the delivery will be quicker. This flexibility enables us to offer a fast and efficient delivery service.
Once you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check this carefully. We will then send you an email on the day of dispatch notifying you that your order is on its way to you. Delivery addresses can be different to invoice addresses - this can be selected during the checkout procedure.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been paid for. However, Ashdown Home Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

International Delivery
International shipping charges are worked out by weight and automatically calculated. Simply add your items to the shopping cart and select your country during checkout for the delivery price to be displayed. VAT will be removed for all destinations outside of the UK.
Please note you will be liable to pay customs import tax which will be calculated by your country and is out of our control.
