We provide a full manufacturers warranty on all products we supply. The length of warranty differs depending on the brand and will be explained within the product listing. The receipt we send you with your purchase acts as your warranty.
Returning Unwanted Goods
We value our customers greatly and aim to provide the highest possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit your requirements we will offer a 30 day full refund period. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns. Returns made outside the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If an item is visible damaged we will require a photo of the damage. If there is a fault with the item we will require an explanation.
All returns (for refund or exchange) must be pre-arranged with Ashdown Home Store. If an item is damaged or faulty we will provide a pre-paid label for the return of the item. Please note we do not refund postage unless previously agreed and postage will never be refunded for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
